There is no 13th five year plan as 12th plan ended 31st Mar 2017 sine than govt replace/scrapped the Planning commission and replace it by advisory body of Niti Ayog which did not have any discretiinary grants in aids power. It is merely an advisor body which has kaid down 7 years and 15 years development vision for indian economy.
