In the last article we have discussed the quantitative aspect of human resource planning. Let us today discuss the qualitative aspect of human resource planning. Qualitative aspect of human resource planning means that after determining the number of personnel for each department in the organization, it is required to determine the nature of job, which will further help in the minimum acceptable qualities required by the personnel.
