Meaning of organizational culture:

Culture is beliefs and behavior that it is learnt from the other members of the society while the organization culture is the beliefs, customs, value shared by the member of the organization. Every organization has its distinguished organizational culture. Organizational culture influences the behavior, attitude and performance of the organizational members.

Benefits of good organizational culture:

 A good organizational culture helps in satisfying the employees and better performance. It reduces confusion among the employees.
